  1. Download "Windows 11 Pro Non-TPM 2.0 Build 22000.258" file
  2. Extract parts using the Winrar
  3. Use a blank 8GB flash drive
  4. Use Rufus software to create a bootable flash drive
  5. Click the windows iso file in the Rufus application
  6. Restart the computer, boot the computer from Flash Disk
  7. Install as usual and continue activation
  8. Use an Activator like KMSpico
  9. Done.
